Description
The initial brief was to maximise the potential of this site and provide 3 large dwellings that reflected the desirability of Hoole and match the scale of large properties already on Hoole Road, Chester.
In essence this was a redevelopment of an existing house with a large garden that maximised the value of the site.
The devil is in the detail and the use of reclaimed brick combined with slate means that the three large Georgian style dwellings instantly blend into the street scene. The windows are timber sliding sash set back from the brick face with sandstone heads, sills and quoins.
