A major project at Victoria Dock, the largest brownfield site in Caernarfon and a World Heritage site. A sensitive commission, we liased closely with CADW to ensure the proposed scheme worked not only within its environment, but against the setting of Caernarfon Castle. Situated within the proposed Buffer Zone, adjacent to the Menai Strait, the development is equivalent in size to about one quarter of the area of the medieval town. It is a mixed-use development, with leisure, office, retail and residential accommodation, with a total floor space in excess of 150,000 sq ft.
